**Safety Technician.** Contract: Indefinite-term Salary: Competitive Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Job Mission:** Prevent accidents and protect the health and integrity of personnel, as well as prevent damage to facilities, equipment, and the environment, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and verify compliance with safety protocols in construction areas, warehouses, and offices. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify hazards and propose preventive measures. * Coordinate and follow up on safety and hygiene programs in accordance with applicable regulations (NOM, STPS, ISO). * Train personnel on safety topics, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and emergency procedures. * Monitor proper operation of fire suppression systems, alarms, and security equipment. * Prepare incident, accident, and corrective action reports. * Support accident investigations and implementation of preventive measures. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to food safety and occupational safety. * Use the personal protective equipment specified by Occupational Safety, in accordance with Occupational Safety standards; * Safeguard company assets; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Guarantee confidentiality and secrecy of corporate information; * Strictly comply with the Internal Regulations and the Organization’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Safety Technician, or related field. * 3 years of experience. * **English**: Intermediate-to-advanced level. * **Portuguese**: Basic level. * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations. * Ability to identify hazards and propose solutions. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Indefinite-term contract. * Statutory benefits. * Innovative, collaborative, and technically advanced work environment. * Career development opportunities in a highly demanded sector. **At your plant, we offer:** * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Birthday day off. * Financial support for language courses (English or Portuguese).
