Objective: To deliver a warm, professional, and organized experience to every patient from the moment they arrive at the clinic, ensuring impeccable service, efficient appointment coordination, and clear communication that reflects the premium medical standard of the hyperbaric clinic. Main Responsibilities * Greet and welcome patients and visitors with empathy, respect, and professionalism. * Manage the appointment schedule (scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and confirmations). * Register patients in the system and verify data, consents, and payments. * Provide basic explanations of hyperbaric oxygen therapy services, protocols, and timelines. * Coordinate patient flow with physicians, nursing staff, and hyperbaric technicians. * Handle follow-up and service calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. * Collect payments for sessions and packages, and manage cash control. * Maintain the reception area clean, orderly, and aligned with medical clinic standards. * Support the sale of treatment packages and programs. * Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience. Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
