Our organization seeks a strategic professional to lead procurement management and ensure supply chain integrity in the healthcare sector. **Your Role in This Position** Comprehensively manage the acquisition of finished products, packaging, and packing materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable legal regulations for both domestic and international suppliers. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, International Relations, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of verifiable international procurement experience (preferably in the **pharmaceutical industry**). * **Languages:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (capable of negotiating with foreign suppliers). **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Sourcing:** Negotiation and procurement of finished products, packaging, and packing materials. * **Regulatory Management:** Coordination and follow-up of procedures before COFEPRIS and other authorities for importing supplies. * **International Logistics:** Oversight of freight, customs clearance, and assurance that goods arrive on time and in full. * **Supplier Development:** Evaluation and selection of global business partners based on cost-effectiveness and quality criteria. **Competencies:** * Proficiency in Incoterms 2020. * In-depth knowledge of health regulations. * Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. **We Offer:** * **Monthly Salary:** $21,000.00 to $22,000.00 gross (based on experience). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Work Location:** Azcapotzalco.
