Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative with experience in perishable goods to prospect, acquire, and re-engage customers, contributing to territorial growth. Key Highlights: 1. Develop customer relationships and position products in the market. 2. Manage pre-sales and orders using mobile tools. 3. Conduct active prospecting and handle sales objections. RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE OBJECTIVE: Prospect, acquire, and re-engage customers to contribute to the territorial growth of our products through execution of strategic sales plans. Requirements: Education: Completed High School Diploma KNOWLEDGE: Minimum 5 years of experience in PERISHABLES and/or FOOD sales is mandatory Must operate a standard automobile and hold a valid driver's license RESPONSIBILITIES • Prospect new customers according to assigned territory. • Responsible for the pre-sales process of the product portfolio according to the established route. • Visit and prospect customers within the assigned territory. • Handle sales objections. • Place orders via APP (mobile sales). • Responsible for positioning our products within the competitive market; maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and prospects through representations, demonstrations, samples, catalogs, and product displays. • Ensure customer payment compliance according to company credit policy.
