**REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed bachelor's degree * Relevant work experience: at least 2 years * Proficiency in OFFICE. **Proficiency in Excel** * Must reside in Torreón (preferably). Easy access to the Americas Industrial Park * Analytical mindset, numerical aptitude, organized, team-oriented, strong communication skills **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Data entry of employee files into the payroll system (FORTIA\-SAP) * Management and archiving of physical employee files * Monitoring and managing time clock records * Opening payroll accounts via Banorte’s online portal * Distribution of uniform vouchers * Recording payroll-related incidents **WE OFFER:** * **Starting base salary: $11,000 MXN per month**. Biweekly payment schedule * Salary adjustment upon integration into permanent staff: $12,000 MXN per month * Statutory benefits upon hiring: IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, 15-day Christmas bonus, vacation days, and vacation premium (25%) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.\- 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m.\- 1 p.m. Job type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $11,000\.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract Application question(s): * In which neighborhood of Torreón do you live? * Are you proficient in Excel? * What is your expected monthly salary?
