Operational staff administration and incident resolution. **Job Description** Ensure proper coordination, assignment, and supervision of Mercado Libre’s dispatch routes, guaranteeing PERFORMANCE compliance, resource optimization, and efficient operational staff management. Operational Management and Planning: * Plan weekly operations according to Mercado Libre’s schedule. * Assign drivers and vehicles on the Mercado Libre platform, ensuring timely assignment to avoid penalties. * Confirm daily schedules requested by Mercado Libre. * Supervise and support the entire dispatch process from start to completion. * Assign assistants to routes on the Mercado Libre platform. * Train drivers and assistants. Route Monitoring and Tracking: * Monitor routes to ensure proper operations and resolve incidents in real time. * Share progress reports with the operations team and Mercado Libre. * Prioritize deliveries to Sacas, Agencies, and Retailers. * Ensure DA’s correctly log their route start in the group. Staff Administration: * Manage attendance records for operational staff (drivers, assistants, and vendors). * Coordinate breaks while ensuring operational coverage. * Share attendance reports with the Human Resources department for payroll processing.
