What Will You Be Responsible For? • Lead and supervise technical staff, ensuring compliance with operational standards. • Schedule and manage team activities to maximize operational efficiency. • Ensure adherence to the weekly activity plan and proper coordination of resources. • Guarantee that quality and safety standards are met across all operations. • Train technical and newly hired staff, promoting their professional development. • Strengthen relationships with clients and decision-makers, ensuring their satisfaction. • Monitor field product testing to ensure optimal results. • Implement operational improvements to correct deviations and optimize processes. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? • Coordinate the technical team for on-site activity execution. • Review project progress and weekly plan compliance. • Follow up on product testing and applications with clients. • Resolve operational deviations and propose process improvements. • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure service quality. What Are We Looking For In You? Education: Technical studies in maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
