




Job Summary: This role seeks a nutrition professional to promote infant formulas, provide scientific support, and manage relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. Comprehensively manage healthcare institutions. **Location:** MX \- San Luis Potosí and Matehuala **Full-time:** Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturdays) **Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition.** **English:** Intermediate **Company: Nestlé Nutrition** **Purpose of the Position:** * Ensure preference for and recommendation of the infant formula portfolio to visited healthcare professionals. * Provide scientific support, continuous medical education activities, and develop strategic plans within the assigned territory. * Comprehensively manage assigned healthcare institutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Establish strong relationships with potential healthcare professionals for the brand, ensuring appropriate coverage and visit frequency with high-quality service. Generate portfolio recommendations through advisory services grounded in deep scientific knowledge and attention to individual needs. * Comprehensively manage private hospital institutions, engaging opinion leaders and decision-makers to ensure portfolio availability and presence. * Deliver superior service based on sound planning to guarantee satisfactory outcomes in service indicators and market share. Continuously train and develop potential healthcare professionals and institutions, maintain an up-to-date contact database, and schedule work routes to optimize time and resources. * Verify product availability and turnover at suggested and potential points of sale to ensure end users can access recommended Nestlé products. Train pharmacy staff and other commercial partners to ensure superior execution at the point of sale, promote compliance with the WHO Code, and provide appropriate consumer guidance in general medicine clinics. * Address end-consumer complaints regarding infant formulas either through in-person visits—clarifying concerns—or by routing issues to the appropriate department, aiming to build trust in products recommended by healthcare professionals. **Requirements:** * Graduates in Nutrition or Health Sciences. * Intermediate level of English. * Intermediate level of Excel. * Numerical agility. * Communication and presentation skills.
