Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional with customer service experience to manage orders, file documents, and track deliveries, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and exercise autonomy. Organized. Proactive and results-oriented. Teamwork. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain orderly filing system. Order entry. Register orders in the system. Upload sales representatives’ invoices to the portal. Track delivery issues with courier services or distribution centers (CEDIS). Send samples to customers. Customer service.
