We are currently seeking YOUR talent to join our team as a: **Medical Representative** **Requirements:** * Age: No restrictions * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Administration, and/or Business * Experience: Minimum 4 years in orthopedics and traumatology, sports medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, medical devices, or related fields * Conversational English (Desirable) * Willingness to travel within Mexico **Knowledge Areas:** * Prospecting * Medical sales * Negotiation * Public relations * Organization * Fieldwork * Communication **Responsibilities:** * Identify and contact sports clubs, teams, foundations, CONAD, and corporate entities * Visit specialist physicians * Conduct daily active prospecting of new physicians, clubs, teams, foundations, and corporate entities * Attend and ensure visibility at events and/or agreements within the sports, medical, corporate, and related sectors **Skills:** * Market prospecting and development * Sales closing * Process-based management * Management of physician relationships * Operational field leadership * Professional communication and presentation * Results-oriented mindset **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary paid in full via payroll * Attractive commission structure * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium) * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 hrs; Saturdays, 10:00–13:00 hrs Work location: Near Barranca del Muerto metro station or MB José Ma.
