At Grupo Geisha, we are seeking a committed, responsible, and passionate Maintenance Assistant dedicated to delivering excellence in service. You will join an essential team for our operations, ensuring the agency remains in optimal condition. Your daily responsibilities will include: Managing and controlling supplies for the general maintenance area. Collaborating with the Senior Kaizen Promoter for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities within the agencies. Purchasing consumables required for repairs. Inspecting and maintaining electrical installations, equipment, and specialized tools. · Your efforts will be rewarded with attractive benefits: Base salary: $14,000 per month, paid biweekly Statutory and above-statutory benefits: 25 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) 27.5% vacation premium · Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (two-hour lunch break) Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Sundays off · Requirements: Prior experience in maintenance.
