Negotiation of rates with carriers and courier services A company dedicated to the sale and distribution of auto parts is looking for a candidate with operational experience in logistics, transportation, and courier services to strengthen shipment tracking for customers in the United States and Mexico. We seek a proactive, organized, bilingual individual with strong negotiation skills who can grow into a leadership position as they demonstrate results. RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate shipments, pickups, deliveries, tracking, incidents, and claims. • Negotiate rates, discounts, agreements, and service levels with courier services and carriers. • Serve customers and suppliers in Spanish and English. • Generate KPI reports and propose process improvements.
