Responsibilities Merge and distill open-weight language models using techniques such as DARE-TIES, SLERP Build RAG systems with ChromaDB for corporate knowledge Coordinate the development of predictive models. Supervise the implementation of machine learning algorithms. Analyze data and generate results reports. Optimize inference on Apple silicon (unified memory up to 256GB) and evaluate GPU cloud processing pipelines for large models exceeding local capacity Implement continuous fine-tuning QLoRA/LoRA using internal data · Requirements Proven experience in machine learning is required. Knowledge of deep learning techniques is preferred. Experience in developing predictive models. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Student/intern or graduate in CS (Computer Science), AI Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields Experience with LLMs: GitHub repositories, academic projects, thesis, open-source contributions Experience with mergekit, MLX, Apple silicon, or knowledge distillation techniques RAG and vector databases · Benefits A dynamic and collaborative work environment is offered.
