We are seeking an Inventory Analyst for ELEGATE CDMX. We need a candidate with strong analytical skills to oversee and manage our inventories. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control analysis and be capable of efficiently identifying and resolving inventory issues. Your responsibilities will include monitoring stock levels, managing orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability. Additionally, you will conduct detailed analyses to optimize inventory processes and reduce costs. A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure are required. Inventory Analyst A leading company engaged in the purchase, sale, import, export, consignment, manufacturing, design, installation, maintenance, repair, and general trade of clothing, jewelry, electronics, miscellaneous items, beauty products, toys, household goods, kitchenware, medical instruments, plastic manufactures, among others—as well as the purchase, sale, and development of system software, computer programs, software licenses, application programs, and computer-aided design—invites you to join our workforce: We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our warehouse team: Activities: Responsibilities: • Inventory management, physical counts, warehouse organization • Receiving, classification, and inventory control • System operation • Manual counting and recording • Detailed count validation • Transferring merchandise to branches • Inventory support • Receiving and controlling merchandise • Product arrangement and organization following proper area procedures • Order picking and preparation • Merchandise packaging • Order verification • Supporting warehouse cleanliness and order Requirements • Experience in warehousing or logistics (preferred) • Minimum education: High school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree • Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment • Teamwork capability and experience working under pressure and toward results • Willingness to perform physical work We Offer • Monthly gross salary of MXN $12,000 • Statutory benefits • Direct employment contract • Performance and productivity bonuses • Job stability Schedule Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Location Downtown Mexico City Contribute your experience and skills to help us achieve our goals.
