Job Summary: Responsible for procurement management, internal consumption control, vehicle fleet supervision, and supplier administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages procurement and suppliers 2. Controls internal consumption and vehicle fleet 3. Job stability REQUIREMENTS: *Age between 25 and 45 years. *Technical Superior University Degree (TSU), incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree relevant to the position. *Minimum 2 years of experience in this role and as supervisor of Internal Consumption. *Excellent computer and Excel skills. *Flexible working hours and willingness to travel. *Desirable knowledge of automotive mechanics and maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Obtain quotations from various suppliers and select the most viable proposals in terms of price, then submit them for approval. *Track and manage the company's internal consumption supplies. *Supervise and manage the vehicle fleet (preventive and corrective maintenance). *Respond to supply or service requests from other company departments. *Maintain up-to-date supplier database and archive invoices, quotations, and contracts. *Verify that delivered products match purchase orders and follow up on payments and invoicing in coordination with Accounting.
