Professional growth opportunities and continuous training **Service Engineer** At ZION NDT, we seek a Service Engineer responsible for diagnosing, calibrating, and repairing industrial inspection equipment (RVI, NDT, and ANI), as well as providing technical support and customer training. **Job Objective** Ensure equipment diagnosis, quotation, and repair for industrial equipment, guaranteeing compliance with manufacturer standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform calibrations, diagnostics, and repairs on RVI, NDT, and ANI equipment. * Provide technical support, consultation, and customer training. * Track service orders and spare parts requisitions. * Support the sales department during sales and after-sales processes. * Participate in audits, trade shows, and technical demonstrations. * Manage permits and documentation required for service center operations. * Prepare repaired or calibrated equipment for shipment to customers. **Requirements** * Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service and electronic equipment repair. * Ability to interpret electronic and mechanical diagrams. * Proficiency with precision tools and measurement equipment. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Valid driver's license. * Valid U.S. passport and visa (preferred). * Willingness to travel. **Skills** * Attention to detail * Proactivity * Teamwork * Effective communication * Customer orientation **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Continuous technical training * Professional growth opportunities * Uniforms and personal protective equipment If you are passionate about technology and technical service, apply now and join the ZION NDT team.
