Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead and manage continuous improvement projects, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and drive organizational change. Key Highlights: 1. Leads continuous improvement and change management projects. 2. Applies methodologies such as KAIZEN, DMAIC, TPM, VSM, and SMED. 3. Collaborates cross-departmentally and manages project teams. Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Training in: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management. 3 years of experience implementing organization-wide continuous improvement projects. Proficiency in KAIZEN, DMAIC, TPM, VSM, SMED, and other continuous improvement tools.
