Professional development and job stability Industrial Engineer Department: Production / Continuous Improvement / Operations At Perfiltecxa, we are looking for a committed, proactive, and results-oriented Industrial Engineer capable of contributing to the development and optimization of the company's operational processes. Main Responsibilities: - Supervision and control of production processes. - Analysis and continuous improvement of operations. - Development and monitoring of productivity indicators. - Coordination of operational staff. - Implementation of strategies to reduce time and costs. - Support in quality control and compliance with standards. - Monitoring of maintenance and industrial safety programs. - Preparation of reports and technical documentation. - Optimization of material and human resources Requirements: - Completed Industrial Engineering degree or currently completing graduation. - Desired experience in manufacturing industry. - Knowledge of continuous improvement, quality, and processes. - Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. - Leadership ability and problem-solving skills. - Flexible working hours. - Teamwork and willingness to learn. - Availability of working hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm). - Work location: Puente Nacional.
