Job Summary: Forklift operator responsible for safely moving and organizing goods, ensuring floor-of-sale stock availability and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safe movement and arrangement of goods 2. Ensures floor-of-sale stock availability and warehouse organization 3. Customer service Company specializing in the sale of lumber and hardware seeks: *SEASONAL FORKLIFT OPERATOR* WEEKLY PAY OF $2,800, including a 5% punctuality bonus, a 10% attendance bonus, and a $100 productivity bonus. Job Objective: Safely operate the forklift to move and arrange goods within the warehouse, ensuring floor-of-sale stock availability, organized storage by product family in warehouses, and customer service. Responsibilities: 1. Arrange goods in the yard area (replenishment and customer orders) 2. Promptly and safely receive goods from suppliers and parcel services 3. Supply goods to customers with original paid invoices at checkout counters 4. Report damaged goods received from suppliers 5. Maintain cleanliness and order of your assigned unit and the branch overall 6. Record daily entries in the forklift maintenance log 7. Request fuel timely and appropriately (do not let tank level fall below one-quarter capacity) 8. Replenish goods on display fixtures 9. Notify Yard Supervisor of merchandise shortages 10. Conduct inventory counts and physical audits 11. Provide customer service Requirements: - HS forklift operation license.
