Ideal for highly energetic candidates eager to learn about ERP implementation. **Your Mission:** * **Manage and Expand:** Maintain the portfolio through renewals and identify *upsell* opportunities. * **Strategic Advisory:** Analyze operations and deliver technical/commercial solutions. * **Customer Loyalty:** Build long-term, trust-based relationships. **Ideal Profile:** * Proactive and results-oriented. * Organized with strong planning capabilities. * **Persuasive ability** (Mandatory). **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree or higher. * Commercial skills and project management experience. * 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales. * Excellent organizational skills: You will manage approximately 100+ active customers! * Excellent communication skills. * Intermediate English. **Benefits:** Base salary based on experience starting at $16,000 MXN gross + uncapped commission plan.
