




Position Summary: This role involves managing the prospect database in CRM, providing personalized customer service, and ensuring achievement of sales targets within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain the prospect database in CRM 2. Provide personalized attention to qualified prospects to close sales 3. Collaborate with advisors to improve the database * **Database Management**: Manage and keep prospect information in CRM up to date, aligned with the sales process (response times, conversion rates, prospect sources, closures). * **Customer Service**: Provide personalized attention to qualified adult-market prospects, serving as the first point of contact to identify the most suitable option for their needs and successfully complete the sale, while addressing any customer concerns (objections). * **Revenue Target Achievement**: Ensure sales targets are met under favorable terms for both the customer and the company, adhering to enrollment policies and procedures. * Continuous collaboration with Out Advisors to ensure database improvements that drive higher conversion rates Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support Work Location: On-site employment
