What will you do in this role? * Provide support and follow-up to **Contigo CK** users and customers. * Manage sales and post-sales processes. * Support operations between the digital channel and stores. * Resolve incidents with an agile, customer-centric approach. * Ensure a positive experience in every interaction. What are we looking for in you? * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * 1–2 years of customer service experience. * Proficiency in: * Excel * Vtex * WhatsApp Business * Sales and post-sales processes * Operational coordination with stores Key Competencies * Excellent user support skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented mindset. * Effective communication skills.
