Most calls are B2B, with a primary focus on incident resolution, dispatch coordination, and maintaining high satisfaction levels. **Key Responsibilities** Manage a high volume of inbound calls Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions Handle and resolve complaints within established timeframes Document customer interactions Maintain daily communication via email Generate daily reports Adhere to internal policies and procedures Collaborate with on-route driver teams **Requirements and Skills** Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of CSR experience in the same role Experience with Google Suite English proficiency level B2 to C1 Excellent writing skills Availability for a fixed 5-day workweek 40 hours per week **Desirable:** Dispatching experience (1 year) Logistics experience (1 year) B2B customer service experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) **Key Competencies:** Excellent telephone communication and active listening Multitasking ability and time management Strong customer focus Problem-solving skills **Tools (PLUS, not mandatory)** DispatchTrack NetSuite RingCentral WhatsApp (All can be learned during the onboarding process) \#CSR25 Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $23,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
