Developer General Objective Collaborate with the Development Coordinator to define development and implementation tasks for projects, develop execution plans for related tasks, provide technical assistance to developers by facilitating solutions and proposing better tools, and address and resolve production incidents. Main responsibilities of the role: * Perform coding with strategic vision and in alignment with defined technical guidelines. * Apply internal programming standards. * Identify and mitigate potential project risks. * Communicate project progress to stakeholders. * Manage information and documentation, ensuring all necessary materials are available for each project. * Interact with counterparts and deliver required information, documentation, diagrams, and other inputs enabling other departments to carry out their activities. * Address and resolve production incidents. * Deploy projects to appropriate environments and ensure unit testing is completed beforehand. * Deliver assigned objectives and applications on time and as scheduled. * Document developed processes, including diagrams and scope definitions. * Ensure high-quality deliveries aligned with planned timelines. Required profile for the role: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering / Computer Science or related field. * 3 years of experience as a Senior Developer or similar role. Knowledge in: * Framework & Platform: .NET Framework 3.5 through .NET 8 ASP.NET development (WebForms, MVC, Web API) .NET Core / modern .NET development RESTful API construction Microservices experience * Architecture & Design: Application of SOLID principles Implementation of design patterns (Factory, Repository, Strategy, CQRS, etc.) Experience with Clean Architecture or layered architecture Ability to make balanced technical decisions * Database: SQL Server 2014+ Relational database design Query optimization and performance tuning Stored Procedures and indexes * Security & Identity: MFA implementation OAuth2 / OpenID Connect Experience with Duende IdentityServer Best practices for enterprise application security * Quality & Testing: Unit test development (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) Use of mocking frameworks (Moq, NSubstitute, etc.) Experience in formal Code Review * Observability & Operations: Implementation of telemetry and monitoring Use of Application Insights / Serilog / OpenTelemetry Structured logging and traceability * Cloud & DevOps: Azure experience (App Services, Containers, etc.) CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.) .NET or Azure certifications (desirable) Soft Skills Collaborative work in multidisciplinary teams Technical mentoring Proactivity and initiative Commitment to continuous learning We Offer: Base gross salary + benefits exceeding statutory requirements + commissions.
