This position is ideal for **Mid–Senior**, **bilingual** professionals who enjoy designing and implementing scalable microservices, applying sound engineering practices and teamwork. **Job Mission:** Design, develop, test, and maintain Java- and Spring Boot–based backend microservices, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * **Advanced conversational and technical English proficiency or bilingual fluency.** * **4+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot (Microservices).** * **Experience with REST APIs, API Gateway, and MySQL (RDS).** * Practical microservices development with emphasis on **quality, scalability, and high performance**. * Strong knowledge of **design patterns, data structures, and algorithms**. * Experience with **CI/CD**, pipeline creation, and deployments on **AWS, Azure, or GCP**. * Handling asynchronous transactions and event-driven architecture. * Performance optimization and resolution of server scalability issues. * Proficiency with tools such as **Git, Bitbucket, and Jira**. * Writing unit and end-to-end tests using **JUnit**. * Ability to make complex technical decisions and resolve defects. * Strong communication skills and code documentation practices. ###### **Desirable** * Experience with MS SQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic. * Integration with Python APIs and third-party services. * Messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Celery, etc. * Containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform. * Knowledge of cloud architecture (PaaS, IaaS, Service Mesh). * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Performance focus for both backend and web/mobile applications. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract with statutory benefits and additional perks or professional fees. * 100% remote work arrangement. * Semi-annual learning bonus.
