We are seeking committed talent to join our team as: **Delivery Driver** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed junior high school and/or high school. · Valid driver’s license (Mandatory requirement). · Proven prior experience in similar positions (minimum 1 year). · Customer orientation, effective communication, and organizational skills are mandatory. · Honest, stable, and responsible. · Enjoy interacting with customers. · Focus on service excellence. · Knowledge of the city. · Flexible availability of working hours. · Willingness to travel (desirable). **SKILLS:** · Professional appearance · Conflict resolution · Customer service · Excellent service attitude · Ability to work under pressure · Efficient time management · Safe and responsible vehicle operation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Execute delivery routes: local and out-of-town. · Fulfill orders. · Maintain vehicle cleanliness. · Knowledge of local routes. · Package delivery and delivery reporting. · Submission of delivery proof. · Carry out delivery routes and optimize distribution times. · Maintain logs, mileage records, fuel consumption tracking, and report vehicle maintenance needs. · Load and unload orders from the vehicle. · Deliver pre-assembled customer orders. · Vehicle checklist · Provide warehouse support when no routes are scheduled. · Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and traffic regulations. · Commercial management (handling sales orders, collections, deliveries). · Ensure achievement of established objectives and adherence to best practices. · You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. **WE OFFER:** · Attractive monthly base salary · Bi-weekly payment · Statutory benefits · Grocery vouchers · Growth opportunities · Continuous training · Uniforms · Employee discount on products and treatments **Work Location:** Revolución Residential Area (Tlaquepaque).
