Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Responsibilities: • Ensure personalized and high-quality service to each customer through satisfaction surveys and frequent phone contact. • Resolve incidents or complaints quickly and effectively. • Maintain up-to-date customer information in management systems. • Define customer satisfaction and retention metrics and achieve related targets. • Implement service standards: establishing protocols, guidelines, and call scripts. • Keep the customer database updated. • Attend to prospects and evaluate them to initiate business relationships. Skills: • Effective communication, customer service orientation, empathy and customer focus, conflict resolution, active listening. Work Schedule: • Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturdays, 09:00–12:00 PM Work Location: • Balvanera Industrial Park.
