CONTROL PARTNER - CEDIS SAN LUIS POTOSI Role Objective Execute functions to build control environments within the secondary distribution organizational pillar, ensuring operational excellence by standardizing, measuring, improving, and certifying control operations in Receipt, Inventory, Shipment, and Settlement (RIEL). Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of activities based on advanced expertise in methodologies, procedures, or systems at a higher complexity level. Role Requirements Knowledge of revenue recording, inventory control, fixed asset control, and shrinkage control. Responsibilities • Execute accurate recording of incoming transactions, ensuring settlement of charges against customer credits. • Execute timely accounts receivable management, complying with the customer collection process. • Conduct finished goods inventory counts in the warehouse, reconciling physical inventory versus theoretical inventory. • Perform validation, labeling, and segregation of shrinkage, ensuring destruction and/or utilization. • Conduct fixed asset inventory counts, reconciling physical inventory versus theoretical inventory. • Execute operational excellence certification, evaluating training effectiveness to ensure correct execution of operations. • Promote Alpura culture through integration, communication, and development plans to improve organizational climate.
