Position Summary: We are seeking an International Buyer/Traffic Specialist with foreign trade experience to negotiate rates, schedule shipments, and manage customs clearance. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in international logistics and customs management 2. Negotiation and coordination with various foreign trade stakeholders 3. Our offices are located in the 8 de Julio Industrial Zone: We are looking for: INTERNATIONAL BUYER / TRAFFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: -Negotiation and review of freight forwarder rates using standard formats -Scheduling of maritime and land shipments to meet master KPIs (lead time) -Customs clearance (reviewing and preparing clearance documents: commercial invoice, packing list, non-tariff regulatory letters) -Coordinating with freight forwarders and land transport providers -Reviewing proforma import entry forms -Reviewing expense accounts -Provisioning of cell-related expenses -Creation of import labels and incident reports for goods receipt -Proper management and follow-up to UVAS closure -Preparation of physical and digital foreign trade files REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 3 years of foreign trade experience (customs clearance, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation companies) - Intermediate English -Knowledge of NOM certification (Desirable) - Intermediate Excel WE OFFER: -Basic salary -Direct employment by the company -Legal benefits -Job stability -Quarterly bonuses for objective achievement -Monday to Friday work schedule -Savings fund -Life insurance (for all employees) -Grocery vouchers You've arrived at the right place to grow professionally!
