Location: Tijuana (near Macroplaza) Responsibilities Manage the assigned portfolio collection. Contact clients via telephone, email, or in-person visits (as applicable) to follow up on outstanding payments. Record and update collection activity information. Prepare collection reports and portfolio status reports. Follow up on payment commitments. Collaborate with commercial and financial departments for balance reconciliations. Meet established recovery targets. Make bank deposits. Cover cash-handling duties during staff absences. Handle package shipping and courier services. Collect rents. Offer Weekly payment Payroll processed through BBVA or Banorte Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Saturday, 8 AM to 1 PM Statutory benefits Requirements Experience in collections (telephone, field, or administrative). Experience managing overdue portfolios and negotiating with clients. Willingness to travel. Excellent personal presentation. Experience counting US dollars. Valid driver's license. Employment certificates or letters of recommendation from most recent employers. Up-to-date personal documentation.
