Role Responsibilities: * Prospect clients, diagnose their requirements, and build tailored value solutions for each. * Identify and closely collaborate with decision-makers at our business partners. * Establish commercial relationships with decision-makers (owners, managers, franchisees) at partner restaurants, building and fostering long-term, win-win partnerships. * Visit restaurants daily, effectively and persuasively presenting DiDiFood’s benefits and differentiators. * Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy. * Conduct precise, personalized follow-up with each client. * Diagnose client needs and develop customized value propositions that maximize mutual benefit. * Negotiate commercial terms that support rapid and profitable adoption for both parties. * Track each client meticulously from first contact through activation, ensuring a frictionless transition. * Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and actionable information in the CRM. * Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Support) to ensure smooth implementation. * Represent DiDi professionally, enthusiastically, and in alignment with our values and purpose. Role Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3+ years of field sales, commercial prospecting, or business development experience (ideally in tech, consumer, or retail—but not mandatory). Organized, proactive, competitive, and autonomous; capable of working under clear deadlines and goal-oriented. Willingness to travel across various zones in MTY (80% field work). Proven oral and written communication skills, with ability to persuade others to accept service/solution concepts that may differ from their perspectives.
