Ensure merchandise is stored correctly and appropriately. Receive, transfer, and prepare outgoing merchandise; count and store items; count and prepare items for transfers and shipments. Ensure proper documentation for all inventory movements. Prevent inventory loss due to shrinkage, theft, or damage. Ensure merchandise is properly packaged. Compare physical inventory against system-available quantities. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Control empty packaging materials before disposal. Restock products from the warehouse to the sales floor. Verify warehouse quantities against sales floor quantities; inform sales staff about restocked items. Ensure restocked merchandise has correct pricing and security tags; maintain products in original packaging. Verify footwear matches its original box. Maintain appropriate physical appearance on the sales floor. Carry out tasks assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. REQUIREMENTS: 1\-2 years of experience focused on customer service within a retail environment (preferably apparel and footwear). Proven ability to exceed sales targets (previous commission-based roles), demonstrated capacity to deliver high-level service, ability to analyze complex situations, proven effective communication skills, and ability to present information to large groups. Merchandise handling, loading, and unloading.
