Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Analyst to prepare, stamp, control, and record invoices, as well as support administrative processes and audits. Key Highlights: 1. Support in audits and inventories We want your talent: 'Billing Analyst' Requirements - Education: High school diploma or Technical degree in Administration - Minimum 1 year of billing experience - SAP proficiency (desirable) - Intermediate Excel skills - Experience in electronic stamping, e-invoicing, and credit notes - Ability to process 30+ invoices daily Responsibilities: - Prepare, stamp, and control invoices and delivery notes - Record billing and credit notes in the system - Manage returns and authorized re-invoicing - Safeguard, archive, and deliver tax documentation - Deliver invoices to collections and drivers - Invoice sales force orders - Generate billing reports and incident logs - Prepare transport documents per shipment - Support audits and inventories - Comply with internal administrative procedures and regulations We Offer: - Base salary: $12,000 - Statutory benefits - Company-subsidized cafeteria Benefits upon permanent contract: - Bonus: $1,000 - Life insurance - Profit sharing - Company-subsidized cafeteria - Discounts on company products - Paid leave - School supplies support in July Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm / 30-minute lunch break - Weekends off. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Professional Education T years of experience Age: between 20 and 35 years Knowledge: Billing, Credit notes Keywords: analyst, billing, facturacion
