A leading motorcycle assembly company, expanding its operations, is seeking: BDC ANALYST Responsible for managing and promptly following up on leads generated through various channels, ensuring effective engagement with potential customers in order to schedule qualified appointments and support the achievement of commercial objectives. Responsibilities: Respond to leads from digital channels (website, social media, portals, campaigns). Initiate immediate contact with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Profile potential customers to identify needs and sales opportunities. Schedule appointments with the sales team, ensuring complete and accurate information. Conduct ongoing follow-up with prospects until appointment confirmation or deal closure. Timely record and update information in the CRM system. Adhere to customer service quality standards. Support lead generation and database reactivation campaigns. Generate activity and results reports. Maintain an organized and up-to-date database. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, telesales, or call center roles.
