A Business Development Farmer must pursue win-win collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve profitable growth for both the company and its clients. Part of the role involves having strong business acumen and delivering excellent customer service to sustain successful long-term business relationships. Role Responsibilities: * Serve as the first and primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring appropriate communication with clients to answer their questions and jointly design robust action plans to drive their growth. * Develop a deep understanding of client dynamics and behaviors, building and nurturing long-term relationships grounded in a win-win mindset. * Plan and implement business strategies to increase the company’s market share, thereby contributing to goal achievement. * Develop robust business plans to drive our clients’ growth and deliver the best possible experience. Role Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international business, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management and consultative sales. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Interpersonal skills: ability to maintain constructive, collaborative, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients and cross-functional organizations. * Strong learning agility, adaptability to market conditions, and perseverance regardless of challenges. * Proficiency in market trends and awareness of their impact on individuals and organizations to excel as a Business Development Farmer. * Sense of urgency and motivation to achieve goals by analyzing potential scenarios. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding new sales quotas.
