




Job Summary: Support the recording, control, and tracking of accounting and tax-related operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial information, with a focus on the restaurant industry. Support in controlling and tracking accounting operations **Job Objective:** Support the recording, control, and tracking of the company’s accounting and tax-related operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial information, with emphasis on the specific characteristics of the restaurant industry. **Main Responsibilities:** **Record income, expense, and journal accounting entries.** **Capture and reconcile supplier invoices (CFDIs) against XML and PDF files.** **Control and record operational expenses by branch or business unit.** **Assist with monthly bank reconciliations.** **Perform cleanup of general ledger and subsidiary accounts.** **Control and physical/digital filing of accounting and tax documents.** **Assist in preparing monthly tax returns (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings, etc.).** **Validate payroll stamping.** **Support during tax and accounting audits.** **Review daily sales reports and cash closing reports per branch.** **Control and tracking of fixed assets.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed or certified). **Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry or food and beverage sector.** **Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., SAT, Aspel, or similar).** **Intermediate Excel proficiency.** **Familiarity with SAT platforms, DIOT, tax declarations, and CFDI validation.** **Basic knowledge of payroll and withholdings.** **Ability to organize accounting information by branch.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
