DE C.V.** A prominent company dedicated to manufacturing high-quality aquaculture and pet food—meeting the most stringent quality standards—seeks, due to expansion: **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** · **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. · **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in corporate finance, accounting, and taxation. · **Digital Skills:** Experience with ERP systems and intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. · **Additional Competencies:** Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and customer-oriented mindset. **Technical Knowledge:** 1\. Journal entry recording, invoice review, and information reconciliation. 2\. Submission of reports on recorded transactions. 3\. Downloading compliance opinions and performing bank reconciliations. 4\. Preparation and verification of expense and revenue schedules. 5\. Tax, interest, and payroll calculations. 6\. Daily reconciliation of revenues and sales. 7\. Validation of accounting data against sales systems. 8\. Control and review of supporting documentation. 9\. Management of prepayments, credit balances, and overdue accounts. 10\. Support in invoicing (SAT 4\.0\). 11\. Cleanup of accounting accounts. 12\.
