Manages the entire public procurement process. 2. Coordinates with suppliers, evaluators, and technical departments. 3. Prepares technical proposals and regulatory documentation. Oversee compliance with tender terms. · Requirements Identify and evaluate public sector tender opportunities related to lubricants. Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria. Coordinate proposal development with technical departments and evaluation criteria. Coordinate proposal development with technical (product), logistics, and commercial departments.
