Work Location: HONDA ALTOZANO or NISSAN **Requirements:** * Minimum: completed high school; bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) preferred * Sales experience (telemarketing, call center, insurance, loans, credit cards, etc.) * **Strong interest in social media and lead follow-up (mandatory)** * Valid driver's license (mandatory) * Flexible availability **Skills:** * Honest * Responsible * Proactive * Customer-oriented and sales-driven * Social media proficiency * Process-oriented **Responsibilities:** * Follow up on agency **social media channels and leads**. * Initial contact with customers arriving via leads, including follow-up and closing of sales. * Sell new vehicles and value-added products, generating measurable and profitable business opportunities by ensuring customer satisfaction. * Plan monthly activities to achieve established goals. * Conduct consultative interviews to identify customers' needs and purchase motivations. * Conduct vehicle demonstrations for customers, both static and test drives. * Develop and present tailored financial scenarios to customers for their vehicle of interest. * Close sales **We offer:** * Base salary plus an attractive, uncapped commission scheme * Statutory benefits from day one * Opportunities for growth and development within the company **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **ATTACH YOUR UPDATED CV AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU!**
