Position Summary:
We are seeking an accounting professional to register material invoices, ensuring their correct accounting and tax treatment, along with supplier reconciliation and SAP system management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and tax registration and validation of supplier and material invoices.
2. Supplier reconciliation and analysis of open items.
3. Interdepartmental coordination to resolve incidents.
About the Role
Position Objective: Register material invoices, ensuring accurate application of accounting entries and tax implications.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
* Accounting registration of domestic and imported supplier and material invoices.
* Validation of fiscal and documentary information on received invoices.
* Handling, control, and registration of service invoices.
* Supplier reconciliation and integration reporting.
* Analysis and follow-up of open items, including advances, credit notes, and unapplied payments.
* Coordination with Procurement, Warehouse, and Treasury departments to resolve incidents.
* Preparation of accounts payable reports and data analysis.
Your Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable.
* ERP system experience (SAP).
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
* Experience managing high volumes of invoices and suppliers.
