Job Summary: Execute and manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculation of earnings, deductions, and compliance with tax and labor regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Desirable experience in payroll audits Satélite / Naucalpan, State of Mexico Monday to Friday \| 100% on-site Job Objective Execute and manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculation of earnings, deductions, ISR, IMSS, and employer obligations, while guaranteeing tax and labor compliance. Essential Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ direct payroll execution experience. * Real experience performing full payroll calculation (not just incident handling or administrative support). * Experience managing weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Solid knowledge of: * ISR on salaries and wages * IMSS * SUA * IDSE * SIPARE * Settlements and severance payments * PTU (Profit Sharing) * Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * Daily Integrated Salary (SDI) and integration factor * Payroll tax calculation experience. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cross-referencing). * Audit or payroll review presentation experience is desirable. Responsibilities * Full execution of weekly and biweekly payroll. * Calculation of earnings and deductions. * Calculation of ISR, IMSS, and ISN. * Employee registration, termination, and salary adjustments with IMSS. * Management of SUA, IDSE, and SIPARE. * Preparation of settlements and severance payments. * Incident tracking and control. * Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado). * Payroll reconciliations and reporting. * Support during audits and internal validations. * Employee assistance regarding payments and clarifications.
