Job Summary: The Quality Technician supports the Quality department by performing inspections, testing, and verifications to ensure products and processes meet standards and requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in\-process and final inspections of products according to quality standards and specifications. * Perform dimensional, visual, and functional tests on materials and finished goods. * Document and report inspection results clearly and accurately. * Assist in root cause analysis of quality issues using problem\-solving tools (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, Pareto charts). * Support quality audits, including internal and supplier audits. * Monitor and maintain quality control equipment and calibration records. * Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes. * Verify compliance with quality documentation such as work instructions, SOPs, and control plans. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (production, engineering, maintenance) to resolve quality issues. * Assist with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) implementation and follow\-up. * Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards. Qualifications and Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. * Previous experience in a manufacturing or quality control role is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficient in using quality measurement tools and instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). * Familiarity with ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949\) is a plus. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic computer skills (MS Office, quality management software).
