PROVEEDORA DE MARCAS — A leading Mexican company in branded footwear and accessories sales is seeking to add a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to its team. **Profile:** Education: Engineering degree or related field Experience: Minimum 5 years as a production supervisor, preferably in footwear, textile, or accessories industries **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** Coordinating and supervising picking and packing quickly and effectively. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), primarily order fulfillment times and productivity. Supervising workstations. Implementing corrective and preventive actions. Coordinating order fulfillment for customers quickly and effectively. Resolving any operational issues or problems that may arise. Ensuring proper product distribution. Performing inventory control. Tracking merchandise requirements during storage. Knowledge of merchandise storage practices.
