




Position Summary: Ensure execution of the Assembly area's manufacturing plan by leading personnel and improvement initiatives to achieve targets. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates operations to ensure efficiency and plan adherence. **Your Role** Ensure proper execution of the Assembly area's manufacturing plan in accordance with established procedures, safeguarding personnel safety and product quality. Ensure all required information for manufacturing indicator management is recorded. Generate and track improvement actions collaboratively with a cross-functional team to guarantee meeting or exceeding the area's stated goals. This position oversees attendance and absenteeism monitoring, labor relations, discipline, PPE usage, training tracking and delivery, as well as general company-related communications. Maintains close coordination with Human Resources. * Tracks manufacturing orders according to planning and customer priorities. Assigns direct labor to activities to meet plans. Monitors line balancing and ensures appropriate documentation from Engineering. * Communicates and coordinates with Set-Up technicians and team leaders to ensure proper operation of automatic/semi-automatic/manual assembly lines. * Coordinates and executes the direct labor training plan to ensure correct task performance and increased operational flexibility. * Provides tools to ensure shift-to-shift communication at operational, line leader, and engineering levels, ensuring key manufacturing information—such as order priorities and area metric performance—is shared. * Leads and/or participates in activities related to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, quality, safety, labor relations, etc. * Generates daily manufacturing reports on assembly line status to keep the entire cross-functional team and management committee informed. * Identifies and implements ideas to reduce downtime. Leads the cross-functional team during improvement execution. * Participates in identifying and resolving unsafe acts and conditions, with a focus on prevention. Adheres to EHS standards to achieve the goal of zero accidents. * Maintains discipline in execution to ensure operations comply with the Quality Management System. * Adopts, follows, and communicates company values and philosophy to the direct labor team. * Sustains a 5S culture in the assembly area. * Provides and maintains resources, machinery, and tools required to ensure daily manufacturing tasks. * Performs other duties assigned by the Manufacturing Superintendent and management. **Who You Are** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * SAP proficiency. * Understanding of OEE; ability to read production orders; interpretation of product drawings. * Knowledge of Quality & IATF. * Personnel management experience. **What Would Give You an Edge*** Master’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management. * More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
