We are seeking a **Payroll Analyst \- Temporary Coverage for 3 Months** ✨ **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate and timely calculation, processing, and payment of employee payroll, complying with current labor and tax legislation as well as internal company policies, while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Calculate and process weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll as applicable, accounting for incidents (absences, overtime, commissions, bonuses, deductions, etc.). * Validate and record incidents reported by respective departments (attendance, tardiness, leaves of absence, disabilities, etc.). * Administer and control payments of benefits and deductions (IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, Fonacot, loans, etc.). * Generate and send payroll reports and bank disbursement reports. * Address employee inquiries and clarifications regarding their payroll. * Calculate severance payments and settlements in accordance with labor legislation. * Maintain updated employee files and the payroll system. * Perform electronic stamping (CFDI) and cancellation of payroll receipts. * Support preparation of reports for internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with employer obligations before government institutions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT). **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** 1\-2 years of payroll calculation experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry. * **Knowledge:** * Applicable labor and tax legislation. * Payroll system proficiency (e.g., NOMIPAQ, SUA, IDSE). * Calculation of taxes and employer\-employee contributions. * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills (mandatory). * **Skills:** * Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Organization and time management. * Effective communication. **Compensation** Salary: Range of MXN 17,000 to MXN 19,000 per month before taxes (depending on knowledge and performance) Statutory benefits Continuous training Savings fund Life insurance **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (2-hour lunch break) Saturday, 9 AM to 2 PM \#corpo26 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee referral program * Life insurance Application Question(s): * What is your current level of Excel proficiency? * What is the largest headcount you have managed?
