Position Summary: ALTO MX is seeking a professional for executive protection, responsible for monitoring routes, coordinating transfers, and preparing security reports for a leading firm. ALTO MX is a leading international firm with over 20 years of specialized experience in executive security, asset protection, and operational risk reduction through intelligence, technology, and strategic analysis. **Main Responsibilities:** * · Monitor executives' land and air routes in real time using GPS platforms. * · Verify and route panic button alerts via Skyworld. * · Coordinate special transportation for executives and international visitors. * · Integrate, reconcile, and analyze Excel databases using pivot tables and data cross-referencing. * · Prepare executive and operational reports on security, transportation, and expenses. * · Track the status and documentation of the executive fleet. **Essential Requirements:** * · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Security, or related field. * · Minimum 6 months of experience in monitoring, operational control, or executive protection. * · Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and data cross-referencing). * · Excellent spelling and writing ability for report preparation. * · Proactivity, decision-making ability, and composure under pressure. * · Immediate availability for the 12x36 work schedule. **What We Offer:** * · Competitive salary of $12,000 gross monthly. * · Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing). * · Life insurance. * · Continuous training and growth opportunities in executive security. * · Direct employment contract and job stability. * · Offices located in a safe and easily accessible area in Toreo.
