Job Summary: This role is responsible for picking materials for work orders, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following procedures to ensure efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented, organized, and disciplined. **Job Description** **Overview:** Picking materials for work orders using printed labels and the conveyor system for material transport. Maintaining the module area clean, orderly, and properly arranged according to established area procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Pick all required components for each order wave completely and accurately, completing the wave pick within the shortest possible time without exceeding the time reflected in the manpower report. * Comply with applicable procedures for this activity. * Follow up on direction and/or instructions provided by the coordinator. * Adhere to the 5S program. * Maintain a positive work environment and good discipline throughout the work shift. * Maintain effective communication with your immediate supervisor regarding any situation affecting picking results or necessary process changes to improve quality, efficiency, and/or safety. * Follow company-established programs, improvements, Kaizen, and safety initiatives. * Properly use company-provided equipment for this activity, such as scanners, scales, pickers, and reach trucks. * Keep boxes closed and maintain a clean and organized work area. **Required Competencies:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in production. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a material picker. * Minimum 1 year of experience operating scanners. * Software skills: scanner operation. **Skills:** Communication, teamwork, proactive, results-oriented, sense of urgency, organization, accountability, discipline. **Education:** High school diploma, vocational training, or technical degree.
