Opportunities for growth and development **Maintenance Supervisor \| $12,000 net \| Day shift** **Salary and benefits:** * Starting at $12,000 net per month (including punctuality and attendance bonuses) * Bi-weekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one **Extras:** * Comprehensive health plan * 20% discount on products * Job stability * Tools provided by the company * Opportunities for growth and development **About the position:** We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s equipment, facilities, and branches. ✔ Dynamic and operational work ✔ Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance ✔ Autonomy to solve problems ✔ Interaction with various departments and branches ✔ Key role in ensuring operational continuity **Main responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance * Diagnose and repair failures in equipment and facilities * Supervise machinery, tools, and electrical and hydraulic systems * Address incidents reported by production and branches * Follow up on repairs and modifications * Manage inventory of tools and spare parts * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas * Keep records of performed maintenance and repairs * Execute preventive maintenance on ovens, mixers, and key equipment * Ensure proper operation and safety of facilities **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in general, industrial, or similar maintenance * Basic/intermediate knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and equipment repair * Experience in food industry or production is desirable * Driver’s license Type A or B * Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency * Problem-solving ability and independent work * Responsibility, punctuality, and proactive attitude * Completed high school education **Location and schedule** * Blvd. Ramón Rodríguez Familiar 21, Col.
