Position Summary: We are seeking an operational leader to supervise the concrete plant, coordinate personnel, manage production and logistics, and ensure safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Full supervision of concrete plant operations 2. Coordination of personnel and logistics 3. Control of concrete production and quality ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Full supervision of concrete plant operations. * Coordination of operators, batchers, and operational staff. * Control of concrete production and quality. * Supervision of vehicle arrivals and departures. * Coordination of logistics and delivery schedules. * Oversight of basic equipment and vehicle maintenance. * Incident reporting and operational follow-up. * Personnel management and control. * Supervision of safety, order, and cleanliness at the plant. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Experience in concrete plants, construction, or logistics. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Flexible working hours. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Basic knowledge of concrete and plant operations (preferred). ***WE OFFER:*** * Competitive salary. * Growth opportunities. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
