Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical intern with a focus on international trade to support the compilation of import files, tracking of samples, and inventory management in an ERP system. Join our team as an Imports Intern: **ACADEMIC PROFILE** * Currently enrolled in the final year of an economics or administration-related degree program with a focus on international trade. * Gender: Unrestricted. * Not yet graduated; no master’s degree or diplomas. * Preferably from UNAM/IPN/UAM. * Proficient in Word, Excel (basic mathematical operations, filters, tables, formatting), Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive. * Basic English proficiency. * Valid IMSS/ISSSTE/IMSS BIENESTAR registration. **SOFT SKILLS** * Emotional stability and dynamism * Tolerance * Analytical ability * Sense of urgency * Service-oriented attitude * Adaptability * Attention to detail * Teamwork * No issues with commuting and adhering to the scheduled working hours **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Compilation of import documentation and file control. * Tracking of sample imports. * Inventory movements in the ERP system. * Entry into the ERP system of domestic and international service invoices and customs broker expense accounts. * Submission of customs broker invoices and expense accounts to the administrative department for payment scheduling. * Requesting barcode codes from factories. * Requesting product images from factories. * Preparing cost estimates for the sales and management departments. * Printing instructions and warranties for the labeling department. **WE OFFER:** **Monthly financial support of $5,000.00 MXN** **Continuous learning** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 13:30–18:00 hrs.
